Considering the water level rising , In the Long run, US will be most affected by Climate Change as most of the major US cities are located at US coastal areas (MI, NY, NJ, HI, FL, LA, San Francisco) Actually the fact is US cities are sinking and can cause to the Mass migration to Russia probably after 20 – 30 years
Frankly speaking, Immigration to Russia is better option than Moving to Mars for the Climate Change.
